I've mentioned before that with Street Fighter IV Volt now at version 1.01.000 and the penalty system now in place, I'd only fame shame losers with more than 5 ranked match drop rates and above.

I met this loser yesterday in a FRIENDLY Match. Yes, I am loving 'em Friendly Matches recently, maybe because I get to play rage quitters more often. This loser won the first match by luck, so he asked for a rematch. I thought, why not? Well, guess what, I totally owned him during our second match and he rage quit right before the match ended. Fame Shame on you, pedomuffin! Go have fun with yourself.
